Scotch College is one of Australia’s leading schools for boys and has been at the forefront of education since its foundation in 1897. Throughout its long history, the school has upheld a tradition of excellence that is reflected in a wide and progressive curriculum. The college has two campuses; the Swanbourne campus consists of a senior school and the Claremont campus consists of a junior and middle school with boarding facilities for 140 students.
During a recent redevelopment of the middle school, the commercial kitchen that provides meals for the boarders required an upgrade to comply with modern day food hygiene regulations. New equipment was installed, however the main scope of work involved the replacement of the old existing drainage system.
