Vista Apartments is situated 15km from the Melbourne CBD in the bayside suburb of Highett. Situated close to beaches and parklands, the complex also features resort style amenities, including a gym, swimming pool and outdoor community spaces.
Project Design Brief
Designers wanted to ensure longevity of the drainage within the swimming pool area. The channel was positioned away from the pool edge and water captured by the drainage system needed to be removed quickly.
